Processing
We
have available at our Tunstead factory a 3 tonne per hour "STARFROST"
2 pass belt freezer (IQF), newly commissioned in 2000. Together with the
ancillary equipment including Blanchers~Coolers~Slicers~Dicers~Sieving
for purees etc. Run under the in house HACCP scheme and approved by the
Soil Association For Organic Processing, the factory managed by a very
experienced team, is regularly audited by the technical staff of many
existing customers.
The
whole unit is supported by up to date chilling and cold storage. These
processing facilities are available to customers both old and new, with
the business being scheduled in and around the demands of Place UK's own
raw materials.
