All the bean sprouts are grown on our own farm and harvested daily. our organic bean sprouts have been warmly welcomed, driven as they are by consumer demand. The supply of frozen bean sprouts greatly reduces wastage. We are in advanced stages of trialling pea sprouts, onion sprouts and Chinese vegetables to meet market demands for traditional cooking.
